1. CHAP rubber injection molding machine adopts a large screen LCD, whichshows process parameters clearly and is easy to operate.
2. Injection capacity and the stroke of mould opening and closing are preciselymeasured by an electronic ruler. Multi-level speed adjustment of mould openingand closing is available.
3. The injection, pre-plasticizing screw and material cylinder are nitrogentreated for great abrasion resistance.
4. The heating plate uses cast aluminum for overall heating and computer PID control toensure temperature precision. The injection, pre-plasticizing cylinder adopts hot oil heatingmethod, which achieves even heating.
5. The screen infrared protection device ensures operator safety.
6. Our rubber injection molding machine is equipped with devices such asmould remover, ejector, clamping device, etc.
7. The hydraulic system uses high pressure pump, low-noiseinternal gear pump,and adopts proportional pressure valve control, achieving reliable operation andlow energy consumption. The use of an oil cooler helps keep the oil temperature below 55 C.
