Features
1. Theroll of the rubber conveyer belt calendering line ismade of chilled cast iron alloy, solid and wearable, drilled on rollcircumference, having good heating and cooling effects.
2. Therolling bearings support roll at two ends, saving energy and reducingeccentricity and vibration, and can guarantee product accuracy.
3. Therolls of the rubber conveyer belt calendering linehave axis cross and pre-bending devices in case of roll deformation due toloading. It may regulate these two devices to compensate.
4. Thenip adjustment can be implemented at separate one-side or simultaneousdouble-side. The roll gap is measured by a displacement sensor, and thendisplayed in digital on the meter on the operation table.
5. The DCmotors drive and DC speed regulating devices control results in stable andreliable speed.
Application
The rubber conveyer belt calenderingline, i.e. calendar equipped with accessories, is used for producing the rubberconveyer belts core, double-face coating of canvas, and continuous productionof pure rubber sheet. It is key equipment for producing conveyer belts andrubber strips, etc.

Accessory Features
1. Havingthree-station let-off, including one set-off and two sets of canvas let-off, alsoproviding one set lining winding device for collecting peeled lining by beltcore letting off.
2. Havingdry and cooling devices, one is to remove the water content from the canvas, then keep the canvas at a certain temperature, the other isfor cooling the coated product. These two devices cooperate with the mainmachine to help create a front/rear large tension zone of the main machine.
3. Thefloating rolls device consists of supports, guide roll, limited switch, etc.,which can control and stop the production line in the event the canvas tensionis beyond setting value, to protect the equipment.
4. Theover-tension protection device consists of supports, guide roll and force andforce-measuring bearing. The force-measuring bearings sensor can send outsignals in case of front/rear large tension zones tension beyond settingvalue, the relevant air cylinder will work and the relevant limit switch willsend out signals to stop machine to protect the equipment.
5. Thecentering device consists of a photoelectric detector, electric control,aligning roll and servo motor, following cooling device and before windingdevice, which is used to correct deflection of the rubber sheet.
6. Havingthree-station center wind-up, comprising one set lining let-off, one setconveyer belt wind-up and two sets of rubber sheet wind-up, two sorts ofwind-up integrated on one support and sharing one carriage. When winding coatedbelt core or coated canvas, the motor may drag them to move left-to-right orreverse to keep the winding core axle always on course.
7. Thesystem driver uses a digital speed regulating device; the entire machinecontrol uses PLC, and applies Fieldbus controltechnique.
