Features of Rotary Tablet Press
This tablet press machine adopts a fully enclosed structure with the operation compartment isolated from the outside, which can prevent cross contamination with the outside and ensure the cleanness in the tablet compressing area. Besides, the compressing compartment is wholly made of stainless steel, meeting the GMP requirement.
The surface of turret is with chrome for less wear.
It adjusts the speed by means of frequency inversion. The motor is connected with under plate to prevent the motor from shaking during working.
Fully automatic lubrication system with interval type, micro flow and quantitative, to lubricate the upper & lower tracks and the heads of punches, thus reducing the wear of these parts.
An overload protection unit is equipped to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
Different impeller is available for force feeder, which can meet the feeding requirement of different raw materials.
