* This machine is an automatic tablet press with double press, which can meet G.M.P standard.
* The outside part of this pharmaceutical machine is fully enclosed. The cover and inside tablet face is made of stainless steel, which can keep gloss and prevent the cross pollution.
* Transparent windows of our pill press make it easy to observe the press conditions.
* The sideboard can be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain the inside part.
* Reasonable layout of all the controllers and the operative parts
* Double frequency speed adjustment is used to adjust electrical part for easy operation, steady moving, good safety and accuracy.
* The system equips an overloaded protection unit to avoid the damage of the apparatus. It stops automatically when the pressure is overloaded.
* It uses macaronis, touch keyboard and touch screen transmission system in the oil tank at the bottle of the main body of the machine, and since it is an independent part, cross pollution is prevented. The transmission system is soaked in the oil tank, easy to give off heat.
* It installs vacuum cleaner to clean the dust.
* The easily damaged parts, for example, the top rail, material adder etc., are applicable to zp33 type.
* It is commonly used to ZP29A, ZP33, ZP33B, ZP35, and ZP37 type.
