Description of Rotary Granulator
The ZL rotary granulator is widely used in industries such as pharmacy, foods, medicinal granules, chemicals, and solid beverage. It can press the mixed substance into the demanded particles or smash wasted tablets and dried cubes and then roll them into particles. It is especially suitable for highly sticky substance. The part where the rotary granulator contacts with the substance is made of stainless steel. It possesses a beautiful appearance, proper structure, a high efficiency of particle formation. The particles are beautiful, too. It sends out substance automatically so as to avoid damage caused by manual sending, so it is suitable for line production. The roller blade and the swaging rotate in the opposite directions by means of mechanical rotation. The swaging leaf is placed at a certain angle to push the substance downward into the roller blade, then the large-angle helical blade pushes the substance into the sieve\'s wall, at last, the blade squeezes the substance into particles through the sieve pores.
