Rotary drum granulator is a kind of fertilizer units widelyused in fertilizer industry. It can be used in combination with otherfertilizer equipment or used individually.

Characteristics
1. Rotary drum granulator is applicable to cold granulating and heatgranulating. It is suitable for large-scale production of fertilizers of high,medium and low concentrations.
2. Our rotary drum granulator adopts special rubber plate lining or acidresistant stainless steel lining plate. In our rotary drum granulator, the scarcan be removed and the burl can be peeled automatically.
3. Features of our rotary drum granulator include an elegant appearance,rational structure, reliable quality, high pelletizingintensity, good corrosive resistance, good abrasive resistance, low powerconsumption, long service life, simple operation and easy maintenance, etc.
4. This fertilizer equipment can be used to produce organic fertilizers andinorganic fertilizers.

GranulatingMechanism
The raw materials for granulating are steam, gaseous ammonia, phosphoric acidor ammuniacal solution, ammonium phosphate slurry andtriple superphosphate slurry. After these solidfertilizer powders enter the rotary drum, they will make reciprocating motionunder the action of gravity, centrifugal force and friction force betweenfertilizers. With the rotary motion of drum, the generated materials spray ontothe surface of granulation nucleus. The coating layer become thicker andthicker, and gradually the generated materials are granulated into desiredsizes and discharged from the discharging hole.
