Our rinsing filling capping monoblockis generally applied to rinse empty bottles, fill the prepared products and capthe PET bottles. It is mainly made up of bottle charging unit, rinser, transition thumb wheel, filler, capper, and bottleoutlet. A special method is designed to suspend bottleneck, which caneffectively avoids operation failures caused by heat deformation orinsufficient thickness of the bottle. With CIP washing function, this rinsingfilling capping monoblock can effectively washfilling barrels and all sanitary pipes before or after operation.
