Brife Introduction:
The ring-shaped conveying line is specialized auxiliary equipment for makingpolyurethane plastic products. It conveys the product injected into the mouldfrom injection machine into the baking channel to heat and cure through smallcarriages.

Baking channel on the line has good insulating property andis equipped with air-curtain on both sides, each segment having air-fan inorder to reduce the exhaustion of energy. The ring-shaped conveying line useselectrical spiral filament installed on top of baking channel to heat. Hot-airis blown to products by the air-fan so as to stabilize temperature and to ripenproducts. Besides, to make sure mould is pre-heated and demoulding agent is dried, two special segments of baking channel are added.

The whole ring shaped conveying lineemploys chain strip driven by speed-adjustable electromotor to connect smallcarriages, movement of which is stable and causes no tripping. The smallcarriages can be mated with fixtures of automatic opening and closing.
