Rice Cracker Production Line

Our rice cracker production line is designed based onadvanced international technology. Such a food production line is composed of aseries of single-food-machines, making it a large flow production line with acomplicated production technique. However, few workers are needed duringoperation.

A whole rice cracker production line is divided into 3manufacturing sections. The first section is to make rice powder and ricedough; the second section contains rice dough swelling and is responsible forthe flavoring process; the last step is for packaging finished rice crackers.

Note:
Water, electricity, compressed air and LPG, etc. are necessary during theprocess of rice cracker manufacturing.

Applications:
By making use of different combinations of single-food-equipment, our ricecracker production line can be used for the production of both rice crackersand Xian-Bei crackers.
