Structure
The ribbon mixermainly consists of mixing tank, helical mixing blades and transmission parts.
Working Principle
The helical mixing blades usually have two layers: theouter helix gathers materials from two sides to the center while the innerhelix conveys materials from the center to two sides, so as to form convectivemixing (contributingto high mixing uniformity).
