Applications of refuse trucks:
Refuse trucks are a kind of garbage truck (dustcart) widely used in restaurantsand kitchens.

Characteristics ofrefuse trucks:
1. High waste loading volume of 3.1 m³
2. The push shovel is installed in the tank and it is driven by the cylinder.It can glide along the slideway in the tank and pushthe wastes.
The sliding block is composed of several wedge wear plates. These wedge wearplates are with good wear resistance and low friction coefficient. Resilientsealing ribbon is equipped between the wedge wear plates and pull shovelcomponents. Through adjusting the resilient sealing ribbon, wedge wear platesand the tank can joint closely and so as to pull out all wastes in the tank.
3. The tanks rear cover is an integral retractable structure and it is opensand closes through the hydraulic cylinder aside the tank.
The gap can be adjusted by the nut on the upper part of the tank. The tank andthe rear cover are locked by a retaining mechanism. As a result, the tank issealed reliably and is also watertight. It can prevent secondary pollutionduring the transporting of wastes.
4. The lifting and feeding mechanism are affixed on the right-hand side of thegarbage truck, so it is easy to feeding wastes. There is also safety equipmentequipped to ensure dropping of garbage cans.
Detaching gear is equipped to ensure detaching of garbage cans and feedingdevice in appropriate time.
5. The hydraulic system adopted multiway valve andthe operating board is placed on the plate on the right-hand of the refusetruck.
It is easy to operate and the pipelines are aligned and with a rationaldistributing.
