Our radiator fin plate rolling machine is designedon the basis of technology from Germany GEORG. Fin plates of different widths(520mm, 480mm, 320 or 310 mm) can be produced by it. Size changing on the rollforming machine is realized by hydraulic drive, easy and convenient.
The radiator fin plate rolling line is mainly composed of hydraulic expansion decoiler, roll forming machine, transmitting table,hydraulic press, special punching, folding and cutting mould, pneumatic system,hydraulic system, PLC control system and run-out table.

Thisradiator fin plate welding line is used to automatically weld the radiator finsfor high voltage power transformers.
The size of fin is 500~45000mm long, 310~550mm wide (adjustable). The rawmaterial is ST12, 1.0mm thick. The welded fin should be airproof, and should beno-leakage tried by 0.25MPa pressure for 20 minutes.
According to different requirements, the line may have differentconfigurations. Our radiator fin plate welding line is usually composed of spotwelding machine (welding two pieces together), side seam welding machine (bothside together, automatically), terminal welding machine(s), roller cuttingmachine (or normal hydraulic shearing machine for trimming edges), terminalcutting machine (or hydraulic shearing machine), etc.
