The picture here shows our medicine dressing machine, DYF-300A. This machine is specially designed for automatic packaging, heat sealing and cutting of sheet materials like medical dressing, gauze swabs, plaster, and more. As mechanical, electric and pneumatic integration equipment, the medicine dressing machine makes use of PLC programmable controller for programmed operation of the machine.

The whole machine comprises units for film unfolding, film pulling and feeding, double feeding, batch number printing, cutting, and finished product conveying, offering novel design, reasonable and compact structure, superior performance and easy operation and maintenance, etc.

Features
1. The main machine adopts servo pulse to regulated speed, and is suitable for various packing materials.
2. The medicine dressing machine utilizes touch screen, through which you can see the machine speed, bag length, output, and heat sealing time, etc. clearly at one glance.
3. Free adjustment of bag length is available. You can set the packing length as required, which is quick and convenient.

4. Either film feeding by color code or fixed length film feeding is adopted for the machine, with automatic tracking.
5. The temperature of the heat sealing part is automatically controlled by two temperature controllers, with the purpose of enhancing sealing quality.
6. Heat sealing proceeds by automatically tracking the film, with the time and length for tracking adjustable within defined limits.
7. Driven by servo motor, the medicine dressing machine has excellent adjustment and maintenance properties.
