20,000 hours continuously at B 130℃, F 155℃, H 180℃, C 200℃, 220℃ or 240℃, with good performance in terms of
solvent resistance, mechanical properties and heat resistance.
The Class B 130℃,
and Class F 155℃ enameled copper wire is typically used for small and
middle-sized electric motors and windings of electric instruments, etc.
Class H 180℃ self-solderable polyurethane enamelled copper wire and polyesterimide enamelled wire are mainly applied in communications,
sound systems, relays, small transformers, explosion-proof motors, crane
motors, high quality electric tools and household appliances, among others.
The Class C 200℃ copper magnet wire is
primarily suitable for hermetic freezer compressors, air conditioning
compressors, canned motor pumps, auto motors, and more.
With good resistance to high temperature, refrigerant, and chemicals, the Class
C 220℃ enameled wire is used in
canned motor pumps, auto motors, and other special electric tools.
Being resistant to high temperature, cold, refrigerant, chemicals and
radiation, the Class C 240℃ enameled magnet wire is commonly used in the fields of aerospace, nuclear
power, canned motor pumps, auto motors, and others.
