Features  
1.The whole machine bed  of the CNC vertical machining center is cast byHT250-300 high strength resin bonded sand with aging treatment, fixedcolumn support, cross slide carriage, the L typemovable work table, firm foundation and stable frame.
2. The X, Y and Z axis of the CNC vertical machining center are linearrolling guide, noise free,micro friction, sensitive dynamic response, stableaccuracy, meeting the requirement of accuracy and production inenormous quantities.
3. The servo feed is a digital alternating current servo motor, high accuracyrolling screw transmission, pre-drawing frame so therigidity is strengthened and the thermal deformation is offset.
4. Barrel type spindle unit, integral installation,convenient and swift for maintenance.
5. The spindle of the CNC vertical machiningcenteris disposed with location programmer with accurate pointing and rigid tappingfunction.
6. The stable and reliableATC system can be disposed with swash plate type tool magazine.
7. The CNCvertical machining center uses the imported rolling screw and NSK, SKF and FAGspindle bearing and screw bearing.  It uses superiorcomponents to ensure the reliability of the machine.  The machine is disposed with chip removal and coolant system, and theprotection system is designed with the Pro/E software.
