1. The aluminum profile tenon milling machine is designed for tenon milling of aluminum window, door and curtain wall extrusions.
2. The machine uses a processing method that the aluminum profiles are fixed in a position while the cutter is movable. This allows for machining for multiple-quantity, multi-batches of long profiles.
3. Our aluminum profile tenon milling machine has sixpcs of cutters which can be assembled according to customers’ demands. Two of the six cutters can be adjusted at 180 degrees. Meanwhile, we can also customize the special thickness cutters to satisfy customers’ tenon milling requirements.
4. The cutter feeding system is driven by a variable frequency motor. Hence, the tenon milling machine is provided with adjustable cutter feeding speed, stable cutting performance, high precision machining, and good material surface quality.
