Application

It is used to apply sugar-coating, organic film, soluble film, and control-release coating on pills of different kinds. It employs a PLC system to control the pressure, temperature and other working conditions. Additionally, its major parts, cleaning device, hot air cabinet, exhaust cabinet and the thermostatic mixing drum are all made of high quality imported stainless steel. Working Principle
The streamlined guide plate facilitates the easy passage of tablets into the clean and sealed drum of thisporelessfilm coating machine. They are first sprayed with the coating medium that comes from the spray gun and dried by class-100,000 hot air supplied by the hot air cabinet. This results in the formation of the firm, fine, and smooth surface of the pill. This whole process is carried out using the PLC control system.

Characteristics
1.The drum of ourporelessfilm coating machine adopts aporeless, completely sealed structure. It is equipped with a guiding plate, which smoothly stirs the pills and avoids crushing of the tablet. Both the guiding plate and the wall of the drum are polished to increase the ratio of finished products. 2. To provide clean air for drying the pills, it applies three purification processes in order to purify the inhaled air up to class 100,000. Meanwhile, a bag-type dust collector is also used in the air exhaust system. It can collect 99% of the dust.
3. It is equipped with a specially-made air exchange system. The fan propeller could be used to inhale or exhaust the air. The diameter of the holes on the fan propeller is available from 0.6mm to 3.00mm. It is suitable for coatings of different specifications.
4. There is an explosion-proof lamp in the drum of this film coating machine. This allows the operator to see the whole working process in theporelessfilm coating machine so that he can make flexible real-time adjustments.
