WorkingPrinciple of Pneumatic Vacuum Feeder

Whenfed with compressed air, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure toform a vacuum airflow. Then materials are sucked through the suction nozzle toform material-air flow and are blown along the suction pipe into the storagebin, where materials and air will be completely separated by a filter. When thestorage bin is filled with materials, the controller automatically cuts off airsupply and the vacuum generator stops working immediately. Meanwhile, the doorof the bin opens automatically and materials fall into the hopper of theequipment, during which the compressed air cleans the filter automaticallythrough the pulse blowback valve.
