Plate Sterilizer

The plate sterilizer is ideal for sterilization of liquid materials like beverage. It allows heat exchange between the hot sterilized material and cool feeding material. Based on this, when feeding materials are delivered into heat exchanger from the balancing tank, they can be heated to a desired temperature. Then, the materials are heated to 120℃ by vapor heated water, and they stay in the temperature-maintenance-tube for a certain period of time for high temperature sterilization. After the sterilized materials are delivered from the temperature-maintenance-tube, they starts heat exchange with newly fed materials. Finally, they are cooled to a desired temperature and the while sterilization process is finished.
