Upper Roller Universal Plate Rolling Machine

Characteristics
1. After you have set the lengthof straight flange freely, the upper roller can directly force on the ends ofthe materials to pre-bend them. This plate rolling machine provides highpre-bending accuracy.
2. Our upper roller universal plate rolling machine adopts control to ensurethe high efficiency and easy operation.
3. The finished plate materials are of high precision. The upper roller whichseems like a drum, together with lower rollers which has carrier rollers below,can process the sheet and thick boards into your desired products throughcontinuously bending.
4. Since the two lower rollers are fixed and only the upper roller moves up anddown, left and right, the plate materials will not move with the workingrollers. So the safety of operators can be guaranteed.
5. Our plate rolling machine is designed as a whole, so it is quite convenientand easy to move the machine. No anchor bolt is needed.
6. According to different usages of plate materials, our plate rolling machinecan carry out different control modes. T (upper) is applied in the conditionthat the required products are of many varieties and small quantity. T&B(upper, lower) is utilized in the condition that the required products are offew varieties and large quantity.
7. The plate materials can be process into O type, U type and multistage R typeby our plate rolling machine. If the plate rolling machine is fitted withconical drum device, it can also be used to process materials into conicaldrum.
