Plastic Mix Unit

The SRL-Z series plastic mix unit is used for blending, coloring, and drying various resins, like polythene (PE), polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC); drying and dehydration before moulding of such engineering plastics as ABS and polycarbonate; as well as mixing of phenol resins and aldehyde resins.

Features
The plastic mix unit works by combining hot mixing and cold mixing techniques. The materials go through hot mixing before automatically undergoing cold mixing. With materials cooling down, the plastic mixing equipment not only expels residual gas but can prevent agglomeration.
