2. The screw and cylinder of extruder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel;through nitrogen treatment, the hardness is over HV950.
3. Helical gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel is applied to theextruder.
4. Aluminum cast heater is adopted by the extruder, which results in a longservice life.
