Our impact crusher parts include plate hammer, liner plate, compaction block, square steel, and more. These parts are made using a variety of materials such as modified high manganese steel, ultra high manganese steel and high chromium cast iron. In addition, our impact crusher parts undergo compound modification treatment and optimized heat treatment. As a result, they offer the advantages of high hardness, good toughness and great impact resistance, and thus are suitable for large and medium-sized impact crushers.

Our high manganese steel plate hammer is a product which is known for high abrasion resistance. During the casting process, a variety of rare alloying elements such as molybdenum, vanadium, titanium, chromium, nickel, boron are used and multiple alloy modifiers are also adopted, in order to ensure the performance of the plate hammer.

Due to the use of reliable heat treatment technology, our high chromium cast iron plate hammer offers high hardness of over HRC 60 and great abrasion resistance. It is widely used for crushing of sandstone, clinkers, pebbles and non-ferrous metal ores.
