Lovol Genset

The prime power of the Lovol genset ranges from 29KVA to 135KVA, and the standby power ranges from 36KVA to 150KVA. A standard Lovol genset is mainly composed of an Lovol disel engine, alternator, silent canopy, circuit breaker, and generator set control system, etc.
1. Engine
The Lovol range diesel genset is equipped with Lovol engine which is made based on UK Perkins technology and has advantages like compact structure and light weight.

2. Alternator
This diesel generator set utilize Leroy-Somer brushless alternator as our standardalternator. The alternator has automatic voltage regulation function, protection grade at IP23, H class insulation, and is manufactured according to IEC 34.1/34.2/34.5, BS4999&5000, NEMA MG1.22, VDE0530, NFC51.111, ISO8528.3, CSA, UL1446, UL508 and CSA/ULstandards. Our Lovol diesel genset can also be optionally equipped with Stamford, Marathon and economic type alternators.

3. Silent canopy
The silent canopy for our Lovol engine powered diesel generator set is a strong steel construction preventing from damage, bad weather conditions and it is also waterproof. The high quality acoustic materials keep the noise down to a maximum of 75db(A)/7 M, and we have a lifting ear (forklift) for easy generator transportation.There is also an inside light for daily maintenance.

4. Others
Two types of circuit break, MCCB and ACB, are available for the dieselgenset. In addition, the diesel generator set can be designed optionally with manual and automatic digital control panel or synchronization panel. Its AMF with Automatic Transfer Switch controller will help the diesel genset to start up automatically.
