Design Advantages of the Paper Printing Machine
1. Impression cylinder lifting mechanism
The impression cylinder of the paper printing machine adopts dual air cylinders for pressure control and an electromagnetic valve for self-locking and positioning. This design provides protection against air cylinder leakage and failing of the air cylinder due to printer shutdown. This also ensures uniform printing pressure and consistent printing color.

2. Shaftless printing cylinder mounting mechanism
Our paper printing machine makes use of an air cylinder for printing cylinder mounting, and the transverse movement of the printing cylinder is achieved via a screw rod. This ensures fast printing cylinder mounting and high concentricity between the printing cylinders, thus ensuring high printing quality for final products.

3. Doctor blade
The doctor blade of the printing machine is movable up and down and its contact angle is adjustable as well. The pressure force on the doctor blade is controlled by dual air cylinders, and an electric motor is utilized to drive the cam to rotate to achieve the transverse movement of the blade. This doctor blade design effectively extends the lifespan of the printing cylinder.

4. Main transmission mechanism
The paper printing machine is equipped with a frequency inverter to control the motor. The jointing and separation of gears are achieved with the help of the shifting fork in the gear case. Dual-side printing can be achieved by manual replacement of the intermediate gear. The transmission mechanism makes the printing machine convenient for printing cylinder control.

5. Color registration system
The paper printing machine has a computer controlled synchronized motor to drive the ball screw via a speed reducer, thus achieving automatic color registration during printing process. The color registration accuracy is highly guaranteed.

6. Roll material rewinding and unwinding system
Our paper printing machine is manufactured with dual-station, manual reversible rewinding and unwinding units. The material unwinding unit has a magnetic powder tension control system, and the material rewinding unit has a torque motor for tension control. An automatic tension controller is utilized for control of traction force.
The material rewinding and unwinding system largely reduces material waste and thus reduces clients’ cost.

7. Energy efficient drying and cooling system
The drying system of the paper printing machine includes dual air blowers mounted on wall panel, and electric heating type quartz tubes mounted on the blowing ports of each group of oven for heating. Meanwhile, the printing equipment comes with an intelligent controller for drying temperature control. Centrifugal fans are available for cooling of paper material.

Applications of the Paper Printing Machine
The paper printing machine is mainly used for printing on paper materials. With multiple functions, it can also be used for printing on plastic film materials made using BOPP, CPP, PET, PC, PVC, and more.
The printing speed of the paper printer is between 80m/min and 100m/min, and the mechanical speed is 120m/min.
