2. The cylinder utilizes a cast aluminum heating coil and wind cooling system, with fast, uniform heat transmission.
3. Different screws are used for different formulas, to ensure good plasticizing effects.
4. The use of bimetallic materials for the surfaces of the screw and the barrel results in corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and extended lifetime of the extrusion machine.
5. A large forced-cooling device guarantees good shaping of window boards.
6. With an imported frequency converter, the crawler-type tractor for the PVC window board extrusion line provides great traction and stable hauling.
7. The cutting machine uses cross slide way which ensures precision and perpendicularity of board cutting.
