Applications
Method of Attachment by Using Solvent
1. Clean the inner wall of the pipe socket and theends of the straight pipe, leaving nomoisture or smears.
2. Measurethe length of the straight pipe to be inserted into the pipe socket and mark iton the straight pipe.
3. Puterecting tools, generally refersto D110 or larger, such as take-upmachine, into the straight pipe, then coat the inner wall of the pipe socketand the insert part of the straight pipe with a thin layer of adhesiveagent.
4. Immediatelyinsert the straight pipe into the pipe socket up to where the mark is on thestraight pipe with the help of the take-up machine,and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Attachment Method ofFlaring Engagement
1. Cleanthe inner surface of the flared tube and the outer surface of the straight piperun-in part.
2. Measurethe length of the flaring part and mark it on the insert straight pipe.  The length mark should beshorter than the gage length.
3. Rotatethe seal ring into the flute of the flaring end with the sloping end of thecushion rubber outwards.  The straightpipe has a chamfer of 15° for smooth insertion.
4. Alignthe insert end of the straight pipe to the flaring end and push the straightpipe until the mark position with the help of the take-upmachine.
