(1) Both the screw and cylinder adopt 38CRMOAL alloy steel, processed bynitrogen, the hardness is high and strong, durable in use and able to bearcorrosion.
(2) The surface of mould can cut the hot granules. Then the materials come intothe wind-cooling pipe. The whole process is closed, environmental andeffective.
(3) The die head equipped with electrical or hydraulic press device, it will bemore effective.
(4) Whole sets adopt high-technical temperature-controlled device. The qualityof finished products will be more ensured.
