4. The use of bimetallic materials for the surfaces of the screw and the barrel offers corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and extended lifetime of the extrusion equipment.
5. With a PLC microcomputer control system, the PVC advertisement board extrusion line provides easy operation and reliable performance.
6. Nine sets of rollers ensure excellent traction between rollers and boards. The first set of metal rollers acts in a protective role for the rest of rubber rollers.
7. A linear guide track ensures perpendicularity of longitudinal and transverse cutting of PVC boards.
8. The cutting machine comes with an automatic dust collector, ensuring dust-free production of the PVC advertisement board extrusion line.
