Polyurethane hard foam is the best heat insulating materials currently. It has low heat conductivity, high thermal tolerance, high bending resistance and good fire resistance. It does not absorb water or rot, and cannot be damaged by worms or rats.
The roller principle is adopted in the PU sandwich panel. The metal plate is placed on a specially-designed conveying belt and a polyurethane foam agent is sprayed on the plate by a spraying device. Under high temperature, the foam agent foams between the two metal panels, resulting in the formation of a three-layered PU sandwich panel.
