Introductionof PU sandwich door production line:

The PU sandwich door production line is used to producesandwich panels for making automatic doors with the middle layer of rigidpolyurethane foam and with aluminum sheet or color steel sheet as the top andbottom face layers. The laminated panel is between 30 and 100 mm in thickness,350~700mm in width, length determined by the customer.

The operation principle of PU sandwich door production lineis as follows: PU raw materials are delivered into the mixing head through themetering pump and then evenly injected onto the bottom facing sheet goingtoward conveyors along with the top superficial sheet. Between the upper andlower conveyors, the liquid materials start foaming and are hardened intoshape, after which the formed door panel is, by an automatic tracking cutter,cut into segments according to preset length.

The PU sandwich door production line for door panels is thesame as the line for wall and roof panels in terms of structure and operationprinciple. It has already passed the hi-and neo-techproduct identification carried out by the Economic and Trade Commission ofJiangsu Province and Jiangsu Science and Technology Department.
