Introduction:
The PTFE micro powders (polytetrafluoroethylene powder), fine-particle, are one kind of low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with white color. It can be used as additives in all kinds of applications, so that the non-stick and antifriction properties of the matrix materials can be improved. There are mainly 3UW-EN, 5SW-EN, 10SW-EN, 12SW-EN, and 15SW-EN.

Description:
The 3UW is produced by radiation of a finely divided Polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder. If there have 1-3% levels of 3UW, the properties and performance of other materials like oil based heat set inks, stains/varnishes, and various lubricants can be improved.
Application:
If add 3UW in the printing inks, the printing ink will have excellent abrasion and rub resistance; moreover, it can also enhances the surface-slip performance in a cured ink film too.
