Introduction of PTFE Fiber (Polytetrafluoroethylene Fiber):
This PTFE fiber (polytetrafluoroethylene fiber) is used as main, flock or multifilament yarn in the fabrication of bearings, filter bags, packing for valves, agitators, pumps, knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, felt and sheets...etc.

Features of PTFE Fiber (Polytetrafluoroethylene Fiber):
1. This teflon fiber is made of 100% pure P.T.F.E.
2. Good flexibility, highly compression and uniform and highly fibrillated microstructure enable itself popular at home and abroad.
3. The PTFE fiber will not be affected by common chemicals, and its pH range is 0-14.
4. This product is non-contaminating, non-toxic and non-aging.
5. It has met FDA requirement (FDA21 CFR177.1550).

6. This teflon fiber can work under the temperature from -450F to +500F, for short time up to +600F. Even under high temperature, this material has low shrinkage.
7. It is also non-flammable, which meets standard requirements of UL94 V-O and LOI is greater than 95%.

Remarks:
This teflon fiber is applicable various fluids, including corrosive fluid, acid, alkali, solvent, waste liquid and oils; while melted alkali metal, fluorine at liquid and gas states are not suitable.
