Introduction
The PPR (Random Polypropylene) pipe extrusionproduction line of our company adopts our high-efficiency spiral pole extrudingmachine, with the characters of high-speed extruding and high-efficiencyplasticization.
Features of PPRPipe Production Line
1) Special screw of barrier pattern with double polermix-refining and motor barrel with opening dent are adopted.
2) Twice-difference new pattern mould is equipped, delivering low temperatureand low pressure extruding.
3) PLC Programme is adopted, and favorableman-machine interface is set up.
Application of PPRPipe Production Line
The marked line extrusion of this PPR pipe production line can be used toproduce the color marked pipes. This line also can produce the PE pipe if themould is changed.
