Features of PPFilm Blowing Machine:
1. Die head is able to turn 360, thus strengthening the tension and evenness offilm.
2. Screw and cylinder are made of 38CRMOAL alloy steel and treated by nitrogen,attributing to its high hardness, good corrosion resistance and endurance etc.
3. Die head is plated with hard chrome, with screw corestructure, even melting material and good smooth finish of blowing film.Cooling equipment is a labyrinth blow pump, delivering even air output. Theutilization of recycling cooling water system enables it to get goodtransparent effect.
4. Pressing braking winding equipment or central winding equipment is availablefor the coiling unit. Adopting torque motor to adjust, it has the merits ofsmooth film, easy roll changing.
