Brief Introduction to PIR Sandwich Panel:
Polyurethane hard foam is the best heat insulating material currently available. It has low heat conductivity, high thermal tolerance, high bending resistance, and is fire resistant. It does not absorb water or rot, and cannot be damaged by worms or rats.
The roller principle is adopted for the PIR sandwich panel. The metal plate is placed on the specially-designed conveying belt and a polyurethane foam agent is sprayed on the plate by a spraying device. Under high temperature, the sprayed agent foams between the two metal panels to create a three-layered PIR sandwich panel.
