Features of PETStrap Band Production Line
1. This PET strap band production line adopts advanced combydehumidify dryer system, which makes sure the material humidity0PPM at -50 dew point.
2. Closed cycle transport system is adopted after dryer to avoid contact withoutside air and ensure the material be dry.
3. Extruder of PET strap band production line adopts special screw for PET. Theunique separate and mix property of the screw can make sure uniformplasticizing.
4. Adopting hydraulic screen exchanger, it can produce different model productat one die and mould.
5. The water cooling tank is replaced by static cooling roller, which canimprove the product\'s stretch intensity.
6. The strap will be warmed and anneal treated to wipe off the part stressremained after stretch, thus making molecule tropism be steady to avoid strapdistortion.
7. Adopting double work position and auto-meter, the winder is easy operate and convenient coil change.
8. Centralized electrical control, PLC self-correcting control.
