The PC2000I-C automatic cap screwingmachine is designed with three pairs of frictional wheels for a rubbing type ofcap screwing. The cap screwing type willnot damage the cap surface and the degree of tightness can be adjusted at will.The machine can automatically detectthose that are not screwed properly and remove them, ensuring the screwingquality. The machine is well suitablefor bottles of various specifications. Thecap changing process is quite easy and convenient; operators just need to adjustthe hand wheel and screwing group. This savesworking hours and improves working efficiency. Pneumatic bottle unscrambling is used. The unscrambling type features automatic liftfeeding, low noise, and can avoid noise pollution caused by electromagneticoscillation and reduce electricity consumption. As for the control system, it is designed witha programmable logic controller (PLC) and frequency control of motor speed. Due to the photoelectric control, the automaticcap screwing machine can detect the problems of a missing bottle or blocking.
