Liquefaction plant is a kind of equipment which transforms oxygen, nitrogen, argon and natural gas into liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon.

Features
1. Small liquefaction plant adopts a low pressure process which is simple, safe and easy to operate. Therefore, it requires relatively small one-time investment.
2. Medium-sized and large liquefaction plants adopt a medium pressure process which is characterized by low energy consumption, high stability and rapid liquefaction.
3. The equipment is designed with a distributed control system (DCS) which allows easy and unmanned operation.

Application
Oxygen, nitrogen liquefaction plant has been widely applied in various gas injection stations and in the industries of metal smelting, chemical engineering, electronics, glass, biological pharmacy, etc. It has been widely recognized by the clients in Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.

Oxygen, nitrogen liquefaction mainly includes the following processes:
Medium pressure liquefaction cycling process with high temperature expander (double-flow turbine process)
Low pressure liquefaction cycling process with low pressure ice machine (low pressure process)
Medium pressure liquefaction cycling process with cryogenic ice machine (medium process)
