Description
Thetype HYI overhead short circuit fault indicators aredesigned to indicate the short circuit fault and identifylocations. They are used in cable and overhead power lines up to 35kV. These fault indicators meet the requirements of various environmentalconditions. By virtue of the minimum power consumption, they are supposed to beeco-friendly with merits like long life spanand accurate indication. Their accurate fault indication enables the operatorto identify the fault sections easily, and isolate them in time. As a result,it shortens the range and time of power outage, and increase the reliability ofpower supply. HYI short circuit fault indicators can beclassified into two groups, namely the cable typeand overhead type. The cable type is usedin pad-mounted transformer, switchgear, power cable connection pillar and etc,and the overhead type the outdoor overhead power lines.

Tools for Installation
