Fine Focus Plasma Cutting Machine
This fine
focus plasma cutting machine is a piece of multifunctional, computer controlled
precision cutting equipment with either plasma cutting method or oxy-fuel flame
cutting method.
Advantages
1. This fine focus plasma cutting machine has a gantry structure and its
cross beam is annealed for stress relieving. So the equipment frame has high
rigidity and high strength.
2. The lengthways guide rail is constructed using railway track and its surface
is grinded, which guarantees high precision and good abrasion resistance. A
standard guide rail has a length of 2m,
and the entire track length can be increased or decreased according to
customers’ demand.
3. The crosswise guide rail offers steady operation and also has high precision
performance. An imported precision gear reducer is utilized.
4. The elevating system of the CNC plasma cutting machine is driven by a servo
motor or an DC electric
motor, and is transmitted by lead screws. Linear bearings are utilized for guiding,
ensuring high cutting precision.
5. A specially designed device is available to avoid collision between cutting
torches.
6. This fine focus plasma cutting machine is also designed with automatic
positioning, automatic perforating, automatic ignition, and automatic cutting
height adjustment functions.
