Usage Instructions on the Diamond Sharpening Steel
1. Hold the handle and place the other end of the sharpening steel on a stable, flat and solid surface. Apply a slightly downward pressure to avoid slippage while sharpening.
2. Place the heel of your blade at the top of the sharpening steel at preferred 20 degrees angle. Sharpen the knife from the heel to the point, and repeat the action 2-3 times. Do the same the other side of the knife blade until the knife is sharp.
We recommend using the diamond sharpening steel for your knife sharpening once a week or as required.
3. Clean the knife with water or wiper and dry it after use. Clean the diamond sharpening steel using a non-abrasive brush.
