Characteristics of the Translucent PVC Film
1. The translucent PVC film offers dry and smooth surface while being unwound. The matte patterns are uniformly distributed, and the degree of finish is customizable.
2. The PVC film comes with uniform thickness. It is available with thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 0.50mm, and the thickness tolerance is around 0.005mm. To meet customers’ different application demands, the translucent PVC film is designed with variable width from 30cm to 220cm, and hardness from PHR 18 to 60.
3. With superior surface quality, uniform thickness, good processability and high ink absorption, the translucent PVC film can be processed by high frequency welders and printing machines.
4. We utilize environmental friendly DINCH plasticizer from BASF and special production equipment for our plastic film manufacturing, so as to offer worldwide customers eco friendly translucent PVC film conforming to EN71-3, ROHS, 2005/84/EC, 94/62/EC, REACH, and PAHS standards.
5. Due to high quality auxiliary materials acquired from BASF and CIBA, our translucent PVC film is provided with good resistance to fire, static, aging, and UV, etc. Also, it is mould proof and has good air tightness. Test reports by SGS and TüV are also available.

Applications of the Translucent PVC Film
The translucent PVC film is ideal outer packaging material for use in home textile, cosmetic, cloth, and hardware industries. Also, the PVC film is commonly used in plastic film laminating industry and the production of car sticker, stationery, file folder, gift wrapping material, inflammable toys, raincoat, apron, shower curtain, table cloth, electrical tape, laminate flooring protective layer, adhesive bandage, baby diapers, ice bag, and so on.
