HYPECUT CO2 Laser Cutting Machine

The HYPECUT CO₂ laser cutting machine is our classic model of 2D high-power laser cutting machine equipped with a Blade 1kW or Compact Laser Source 2.2kW-3.5kW. The entire system is integrated with a gantry structure design with an exchangeable pallet.

All the core technologies and material for the laser cutting machine are directly imported from Italy. That is, the CO₂ laser cutting machine are designed and manufactured in Italy by our mother company El.En Group. A majority of material is imported from other oversea countries and we basically do the integration procedure in China under a totally European standard management system. At this moment, we are one of only four companies in the world that have both core technologies in manufacturing high power laser source as well as mechanical integration. We can further ensure the total compatibility of the system and make the entire system more stable.

The CO₂ laser cutting machine has numerous characteristics including small thermal distortion cutting, high cutting precision, narrow cutting slot, smooth cutting surface, fast cutting speed, high cutting quality, low noise, and pollution-free. The laser cutting machine produces no damage to the artifacts, and the cutting effect is not affected by materials to be processed and shape of the artifacts. There is less use of material and cost of die, faster speed in developing new products and auto-cutting.

Laser Source of the CO2 Laser Cutting Machine
1. The laser source for our CO₂ laser cutting machine offers lower electrical consumption.
2. The DKSS (double Kinematic support system) ensures the stability of the laser source. It reduces maintenance costs and stabilizes production performance for the CO₂ laser cutter.
3. The modular design of the power supply allows the equipment performance to be more stable during operation and each power modular can be easily replaced without shutting down the machine.
4. The laser source for our CO₂ laser cutting machine has an electromagnetic oil-free turbine and ensures 40,000 hours free maintenance. It provides a cleaner working environment than the traditional turbine and there is no need to refill the oil every 2000-3000 hours. The laser source saves on maintenance costs and prevents depreciation due to the traditional mechanical abrasion.

Cutting Head of the CO2 Laser Cutting Machine

1. The cutting head for the CO₂ laser cutting machine has an automatically adjusting focus point.
2. The cutting head has fast piercing function. This function constantly ensures the optimized focus point. This function allows the CO₂ laser cutting machine to save a lot of time and enormously improves the efficiency of production and quality of piercing. The operator only needs to provide an input of changing in thickness of the cutting material and the CNC will automatically integrate this input signal to the system and allow system make the adjustment on the focus point without any manual adjusting. Piercing of 10mm mild-steel is approximate only 2 seconds.
3. The cutting head for the CO₂ laser cutting machine also has a piercing detecting function. The most accuracy for piercing time can be automatically detected. The completion of piercing can be detected though the reducing level of reflected beam during the piercing process. Production efficiency is greatly improved while ensuring production quality. Better cutting and piercing quality can be provided. It is user friendly and relies less on manual operating experience.

CNC Control System of the CO2 Laser Cutting Machine

1. The CNC control system of the CO2 laser cutting machine offers a very powerful CNC control system specially designed for laser cutting, and is able to provide fast feedback and manage the command signal from each individual mechanical sector of the system.
2. All function and features on the cutting head are perfectly managed by this CNC control unit.
3. The laser cutter control system has a stable Z axis floating function which eliminates the effect caused by uneven sheet.
4. It is collision-proof and provides collision-proof and automatic reset, which automatically stops cutting and resets when an accidental collision occurs.
5. The CO2 laser cutting machine control system automatically adjusts the cutting power, speed, frequency and other parameters when cutting sharp-shape part.

1. The SmartManager laser cutting machine operation software is originally imported from Europe and is based on the WindowsXP system and can fully interface with Z32 CNC system.
2. It offers a friendly interface and is easy to learn and operate.
