Usage of TFD Series Fluid Bed Medical Drying Machine
Our fluid bed medical drying machine is widely applied to dry wet particle and powder materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industry etc.. Our machine is especially suitable for drying big granules, small lumps and viscosity material after granulating from TVG series granulators.

Working Principle
Clean heated air is fed to the products during drying in order to evaporate any water or organic solvent. Depending on the product quality and desired residual moisture, different times and temperatures are required. Mixing of the product continues during this drying time and as the evaporation of the solvent cools the product, the high temperature used for drying does not overheat the product.
