Characteristics
1.This mixing granulator adopts a PLC control system with an optional human-machine interface. It can also be manually controlled so that the operator can be more familiar with the operating condition.
2. The stirring paddle and the cutter are controlled by a frequency conversion speed regulator, which enables easier control of the granule sizes.
3. The rotation shaft of this mixing granulator is air-filled and sealed to eliminate powder cementation.
4. It has an auto cleaning function.
5. Conical shape tank, ensuring better mixing effect.
6. At the bottom of the tank, there is an interlayer where a water cooling system is fitted. The water cooling system ensures constant temperature and improves the granule quality.
7. Our mixing granulator is provided with a paddle lifting device, which makes it easier to clean the paddle and the tank.
8. An arc type outlet improves the discharging speed.

Working Principle
The process is made up of two steps: mixing and granulating. The powder materials are first fed through the material inlet. They are then stirred by the stirring paddle, pressed and kneaded between the paddle and inner wall. They are then cut by the cutter and pushed out of the mixing granulator.
