Introduction
The fiberglass enameled wire is a product made from the premium copper, aluminum or copper clad aluminium (CCA) conductor that is first enamelled, then wrapped with fiberglass. After that it is impregnated in compatible insulating coating of certain thermal class, and baked to make a whole between fiberglass, insulating coating and conductor. There are four thermal classes including 130, 155, 180, and 200. The fiberglass enameled wire is widely applied in generators, electrical machines, electromotors and other similar electrical instruments.
