The marine hollow noise insulation glass is a kind of compound glass,which is made by bonding more than two pieces of glasses with the spacing frame containing molecular sieves absorbents to from a sealed and dried cavity.The ship hollow sound proofing glass made by our company can meet Standard GB/T11944,and can reduce 46Db of noise after tested by Research Institute of Tongji University.It mainly applies to the noise protection windows of ships.

Product Performance of Marine Hollow Noise Insulation Glass:

1.Thermal property:lower U value (thermal transmission coefficient).
2.Optical property:choose different visible light transmission rate and reflectivity smartly in the light of actual requirements.
3.Sound proofing properties:normally the hollow sound proofing glass can reduce 30dB of noise.
4.Anti-condensation properties:under -70℃,which is lower than the hollow glass condensation point -40℃ specified in national standard,thus it will not condensate.
5.Sealing propety:Aluminum frame (spacing frame)is formed in one piece,and double sealed with butyl and structural adhesive or poly-sulfur sealing to ensure good sealing property and service life.
