Microwave Dryer

Our WXD48S Microwave dryer can dry the paper edge protectors. It is ideal equipment to increase production efficiency.

Features
1. Our microwave dryer is composed of Microwave Body, Microwave Radiator, Microwave suppresser, Transmitting system, Controlling and detecting system, Ventilation system, Machine frame and Cooling system.
2. There is light inside of microwave body. Normally, a microwave dryer has four microwave bodies (length of every section is 1m). A vapor vent is designed on section 3 and 4 of the microwave body.
3. Hatch of radiator: 100mm. Cooling method: Air-cooling. Cooling mode of the transformer: self-cooling and air-cooling. Transmitting speed: 0.5-5m /min and it is adjustable.
5. While operating, if the door opens, the microwave will automatically stop radiating.
6. The microwave power of the microwave dryer can be adjustable.
7. Causticity gas is forbidden in the working environment and dust is not good for the microwave dryer.
