Product Description
The medium voltageresistance LSR is a bi-component platinum catalyzed voltage resistant liquidsilicone rubber. The two components of thisproduct, termed A and B, are transparent and gray respectively, and the mixingratio for A:B should be 1:1. The tracking resistance of this LSR is class 1A3.5 according to IEC60587 standard. Our medium voltage resistance LSR featureshigh extensibility, good proof tracking index, high tear resistance, etc. It supports injection molding and fastvulcanization. This LSR is used to coldshrink cable accessories, medium voltage cable accessories, cable connectors,etc.

Storage
Keep sealed and store in acool place below 30before usage. It has a shelf life of 12months.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of1:1. Feed the mixture directly into aninjection molding machine. The effectiveoperating time of the mixture is seven days in a room temperature of 23. Clean up the pipeline if the injectionmolding machine is not in use for a long period of time.

Packing
Our medium voltage resistance LSR is packed in a 20kg or 200kg barrel.
